Summary of Position
The Elected Member of the Engagement Committee works to educate Council members about their role as ambassadors and influencers, encouraging alumni, parents, and friends to engage or re-engage with the University. The Elected Member will collaborate with the Chair and Vice Chair(s) to increase engagement to assist with reaching strategic and work plan goals. The Elected Member is a member of the Cornell University Council Administrative Board.

The Elected Member will promote the Engagement Committee to Council members. The Elected Member will brainstorm and develop strategies to increase engagement in order to meet strategic goals and work plan goals. Coordinate and edit the CUC Newsletter.
