The HEYA Council represents recent graduates of Human Ecology who act as liaisons between the College and young alumni through individual and collective outreach. They actively participate in alumni events and activities and bring news of the College to the attention of those in their network. The Council supports a wide representation of diverse perspectives and experiences that allows our organization to be most effective in achieving Human Ecology’s mission. We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the Council and believe representation of BIPOC young alumni in the Council supports efforts to foster equitable experiences. We will continue to recruit a council that reflects the diversity of our alumni in all areas.
