Summary of Position

The principal responsibility of the class council is to coordinate regional class activities and maintain class enthusiasm during non-Reunion years. Because classmates are scattered throughout the world, regionally-based class activities are very popular and may help identify future class leadership. Class council members are crucial gatherers of classmate information including news for the class column and address updates; they can also provide a vital link between classmates and their leaders by relaying ideas for events or suggestions for improvement.
