Summary of Position

The secretary's role is facilitating communication among officers and maintaining a formal recording structure for the group. The secretary takes minutes of meetings and distributes to all officers as well as the staff contact. He/she is also personally responsible for maintaining a record of all meeting minutes. The secretary may also ensure that the constitution is regularly reviewed and updated.
