Summary of Position

The Vice President of Communications is responsible for coordinating messaging and communication to members of the Class and the University to maintain alumni engagement throughout the 5 year cycle, by overseeing the Webmaster and Class Correspondents. Specific responsibilities include: - Working with the Webmaster to ensure that the Class maintains an active online presence through a website and/or social media platform - Working with Class Correspondents to ensure there is enough material for the Class Notes and that they are submitted to CAM on time - Devising a plan to maintain and increase alumni engagement via effective communication such as a Class newsletter, as necessary - Reviewing correspondence to the Class
