Summary of Position

The Chairs for the Annual Diwali Celebrations will be the lead organizers and hosts for the Diwali Celebrations held in key cities (NYC, DC & SF) in October/November. Chairs will lead recruitment of volunteers to organize logistics and run the events, including but not limited to securing an appropriate venue, coordinating with potential speakers and inviting local alumni, families and friends to attend the event.
