Who we are

The CACO board focuses on these areas:

* Communications—creates key messaging using electronic and printed communications to inform
1400+ class leaders about initiatives impacting Cornell alumni and classes
* Diversity and Inclusion—designs and implements initiatives to achieve diversity in class programming and leadership
* Student and Young Alumni—supports and enhances programming to engage and inspire students and young alumni
* Class Officer Training—focuses on onboarding and offboarding, officer mentorship, and training including outreach, webinars, and best practices
* Finance and Treasury—oversees the CACO budget and supports initiatives relevant to maintaining and increasing class dues payers as a form of engagement

We volunteer our time and experience to:

* Provide partnerships, guidance and offer suggestions for lifelong engagement for young alumni and undergraduate leaders
* Mentor and support class officers and class initiatives
* Develop training programs and guidelines for alumni volunteers
* Seek ways to improve service to class officers
