Summary of Position

The Vice President of the Cornell Tech Alumni Council is a leadership role that helps set strategy for Cornell Tech alumni engagement and set annual and long-term priorities for the Cornell Tech Alumni Council. They will be responsible for creating meeting agendas and reports and keep track of the Council's financial situation and obligations.

• Covers action items from CTAC board meetings, ensures resolution and accountability of action owners • Maintains centralized point of information / meeting notes / etc. on Google drive • Responsible for maintaining meeting cadence and calendar including scheduling of meetings and CTAC All Hands

• Provide leadership for CTAC and encourage other alumni to participate. • Owns facilitation of meeting agendas and creation/consolidation of required documentation • Provides the council with updates on overarching financial details • Responsible for the smooth operation of monetary actions (expenses, reimbursements, etc.) for the council and council driven activities

• Works with CT personnel and Alumni Affairs on long term financial planning (budget setting, determining operating procedures, etc.) and tracking of alumni participation.
