Summary of Position

Continuous Engagement sub-committee members will help support and inform the transition of council members in their 4th terms in an effort to provide guidance on other volunteer opportunities that exist within the university. They will also have peer-to-peer conversations to better understand the offboarding members' personal journey during their 2-year hiatus and to encourage their continued engagement with Cornell. In addition, members will encourage Council members to join CUVolunteer and CUeLINKS.
