Summary of Position

Dyson Recent Alumni Council members will assist the David J. Nolan Dean of the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management and the SC Johnson Office of Alumni Affairs to implement the school's strategic goals by thoughtfully engaging recent alumni and students of the Dyson School. The Council’s purpose focuses on the following four pillars: alumni engagement, student engagement and mentorship, diversity and inclusion, and philanthropy. The Council meets four times a year with two meetings being in-person meetings. Council members are also expected to participate in various working groups throughout the year as well as attend College and School events as they are able.

Represent Cornell
Members are expected to engage with other recent alumni and students as well as with the Dyson Advisory Council. Members may also be asked to represent Dyson at various College of Business events throughout the year.

Prerequisites Council members must be within 10 years of graduating from the Dyson school (Classes of 2015-2024). Prior volunteer experience is preferred.
