Summary of Position

The secretary is responsible for taking minutes for all of the HEAA Board of Directors meetings, monthly Executive Committee conference calls, and attends to other administrative duties assigned by the board president. The secretary distributes in a timely fashion, the meeting and conference call minutes to the president and HEAA&D staff member for review
